对上海市妇科医疗质量控制中心运行机制、工作内容进行总结，并对其建设成效进行了评价。全市妇科医疗总体水平有一定的提高，近三年未发生异位妊娠死亡病例；I类切口手术预防性抗生素使用率有明显下降等。分析质量控制中心存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议，以促进妇科医疗质量的提高。

The running mechanism work content and evaluates the effects of the gynecology medical quality control center in Shanghai. The city’s overall level of medical gynecologic getting some improvement and ectopic pregnancy deaths did not occur in recent years and the usage of prophylactic antibiotics for the patients in type I incision operation has decreased.Based on the problems of quality control center，corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the quality of medical treatment.
