| 患者对医生的服从和遵从，是基于医患间的某种契约关系，以及患者对医生岗位权力和专业权威的信任。通过对强制与服从的内涵、性质、特点以及尚需厘清的问题，阐述二者之间的关系。接着通过对权威与遵从的内涵、关系以及如何有效运作进行了深度分析，并提出相应建议。 |

| Patients obedience to and compliance of doctors is based on some kind of contractual relationship between the doctors and the patients, power and authority of the patients’ trust on doctors. Based on the connotation, nature, characteristics and problems of enforcement and obedience, the relationship between them is expounded. Then the connotation and relationship of authority and compliance and effective operation are analyzed in depth, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. |
