| 传统的医患模式已经发生改变，患者增强权力的呼声日益高涨，医生的权力和权威受到前所未有的挑战。拟借助社会互动和医患互动理论，对医患权力的来源、内涵、特点等进行阐述，以求在市场化背景中，研究如何从权力运作形式角度出发，医患双方在保证自身利益的条件下，兼顾对方的关切，真正建立“医生尝试进入患者的世界”的“以患者为中心”的和谐互动关系。 |

| The traditional mode of doctor and patient has been changed, the voice of the patients is increasing, and the power and authority of the doctor face unprecedented challenge. The research intends to use social interaction and the theory of interaction between doctors and patients to explain the source, connotation and the characteristics of the power. Under the market background, from the point of view of power operation, and under both doctors and patients ensuring their own interests, “taking the patient as the center” harmonious interaction relationship of “doctors trying to enter the patients’ world” is established. |
