| 为进一步推动临床护理专业建设，提高护理管理者的管理水平，组织两批护理管理者赴中国医药大学附设医院（台湾）培训及跟岗，吸纳先进的护理管理方法、工具和技巧，推动医院护理事业发展。在跟岗培训过程中，通过在台湾医院护理同仁座谈交流、相互讨论和实地感受，较为全面地了解了中国医药大学附设医院（台湾）建设情况和护理管理现状，其在护理管理方面的先进理念、管理方法等值得大陆医院护理同仁学习借鉴。 |

| To make a further promotion of hospital’s clinical nursing construction, to enhance the management level, the nursing department arranged two batches of nursing staff go to China Medical University Hospital (Taiwan) for intern learning, training in hospital culture and nursing management. In the process of training, managers had a more comprehensive understanding of the basic status of the hospital construction and nursing management by exchanging ideas and discussions in the visit, and also learnt that the advanced ideas and the management in CMUH are worth to be learnt. |
