| 多专科协作诊疗门诊作为近些年探索新诊疗模式的热点，受到医院及社会的广泛关注。每家医院对于多专科协作诊疗门诊都进行了信息化建设方面和效果评价方面的探索工作，形成了具有各自特色的工作经验或模式。通过对上海市某三级综合性医院的现场调查，结合当今的信息化发展情况，探讨适用于多专科协作诊疗门诊的信息化平台和管理评价体系。 |

| The multidisciplinary treatment outpatient as exploration hotspot of new outpatient mode in recent years has attracted widespread attention from hospitals and societies. Each hospital has explored informatization construction and effectiveness evaluation on multidisciplinary treatment outpatient, and has formed work experience or mode with its own characteristics. The article, based on the site investigation of a Shanghai general hospital, and through the combination with today’s information technology development, suitable information platform and management evaluation system on multidisciplinary treatment outpatient is explored. |
