| 患者满意度评价是提升医疗服务质量和反映医疗机构社会效益的重要管理考核手段。有限理性理论是针对古典经济学“完全理性人”假设提出的,该理论考虑到利益相关主体在决策评价过程中认知、信息、心理及社会环境等因素对测评结果的影响,已在相关管理领域得到普遍应用和关注。文章针对当前患者满意度研究存在的主要问题,深入阐述有限理性理论的内涵,并在其外延、适用性条件及相关领域经验借鉴分析的基础上,遵循“理论分析→模型构建→指标筛选→实证优化”的研究范式,探索构建了医疗服务患者满意度研究策略及框架,以供学界讨论与思考。 |

| Patient satisfaction evaluation is an important means of management for improving the medical service quality and reflecting the social benefit of medical institutions. Bounded rationality theory puts forward for the completely rational man assumption in classical economics. The theory considering that evaluator’s irrational factors—such as cognition, information, psychological and social environment—will affect the evaluation results, which has been widely applied in the field of management. This article points out the main problems of patient satisfaction research. Expound the connotation of bounded rationality theory. Analyze its applied conditions in the field of patient satisfaction assessment. Base on the theoretical research and practical application about bounded rationality theory in related field. Follow the theoretical analysis→ model building→ index screening→ empirical optimization to build the medical service patients satisfaction research strategy and framework, in order to offer a reference for academic discussion. |
