目的
了解我国介入手术室建设和护理管理现状，为介入手术室规范化建设和管理提供依据。方法 自制调查表，采用邮寄问卷的调查方法，从全国范围内开展介入手术的215所医院中采用随机抽取120所作为调查对象，共收回有效问卷101份，有效率为84.2%。结果 介入手术室在三甲医院的发展较为迅速，但很多医院还存在污染危险系数高的非层流单通道手术室，护理人员水平参差不齐；部分医院介入手术室业务管理不规范，对护理人员上岗培训、准入制度和防护管理尚无统一规范。结论 我国介入手术室建设、护理人员管理、培训以及防护管理方面的措施和准则还不够完善，需建立统一的手术室建设标准，护理人员业务管理、培训和防护管理制度。 |

Objective
To understand the status quo of construction and the nursing staff of the interventional operation room, promote the standardization of construction of interventional operation room and to provide basis for the rational management of nursing staff. Methods Using the survey method, self-made questionnaire send by post , a random sample of 120 hospitals across the country as the research object from 215 hospitals all over the country, a total of 101 effective questionnaires were taken back(about 84.17%). Results Although the development of the interventional operation rooms which were set up in three level of first-class hospital is fast，but non-laminar flow and single channel operating rooms which have high pollution risk coefficient still exist in the most of hospitals,the level of nursing staff is irregularity.There has no unified s[1]tandard in nursing staff training,professional management,access system and protection management. Conclusion There has some standards is not perfect，which is in construction, nursing management, training and protection management. So we need to establish a unified construction standard, a standard about professional management, training, X-ray protection in nursing staff.
