基于品管圈活动的骨科护理带教质量效果分析

摘要:
目的 探讨品管圈活动对骨科实习护生护理带教质量的影响。方法 选择2014年4至2014年12月骨科实习护生76名为观察组,2013年4至2013年12月骨外科实习护生64名为对照组,对照组实施传统式的灌输教学方法,观察组在对照组的基础上成立品管圈活动小组。比较培训后两组实习护生的综合能力、带教对护士工作的满意度及护士对带教工作的满意度。结果 两组实习护生对带教的自身素质评价一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在护理教学活动、业务教学能力、教学态度及合计总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动能提高骨科实习护生的实践操作能力和综合能力,提高了带教对护士工作的满意度,同时加强了带教老师的培养,也提高了带教老师的带教能力。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effect of QCC activity on teaching nursing orthopaedics interns. Method Selecting 76 orthopaedics interns from April to December 2014 as observation group, and 64 orthopeadics interns as control group. Control group applied traditional input teaching method, and based on control group, the observation group found QCC activity group. Comparing comprehensive ability, satisfaction of both nurse teachers and learners of two group. Results Self-quality evaluation of the interns of the two groups was the same, with no statistical significance(P>0.05); There was statistical significance in the nursing teaching activities, professional teaching ability, teaching attitude and the total score(P>0.05). Conclusion QCC activity could promote the orthopaedic practice nursing students practical ability and comprehensive ability, improve the teaching of nurses job satisfaction, and strengthen the teaching of the teacher’s training, and improve the teaching of the teachers’ teaching ability.
