北京东直门医院东区管理体制改革模式探讨

摘要:
2010年北京中医药大学东直门医院与北京市通州区中医医院按照“一院两区”、“管办分开”的法人治理模式,实行全面整合,通州区中医医院正式挂牌成为“北京中医药大学东直门医院东区”, 以实现医疗资源合理配置。 通过对北京中医药大学东直门医院东区2014年医疗服务能力、业务范围、科研成果、人才建设、基础设施建设等方面数据统计结果和合并前数据进行比较,医院在医疗、教学、科研、人才建设及基础建设方面都取得了明显的成效。

Abstract:
According to corporate governance mode of “one hospital, two sites” and “separating management from enforcement” in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Bejing Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, overall integration is realized, and Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine becomes the East Region of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine to realize the rational allocation of medical resources. Through the comparison of statistical result and the data before merging medical service ability, scope of service, achievements in scientific research, talent construction and infrastructure construction, significant achievements have been gained in medical, teaching, researching, talent construction and infrastructure construction, etc.
