| 西非埃博拉疫情在大量民众感染的同时也造成大量医护人员感染。在埃博拉诊疗中心的运行中，医护人员如何科学开展病房工作非常重要。中国人民解放军首批援利医疗队经过探索，创新提出了一套整合式病房工作模式，包括医护卫混编排班、梯次进入病房、医护联合查房、内外交互协作4个内容。通过实践应用，感到整合式病房工作模式符合整体医疗观，有利于提高收治质量；梯次进入病房是传染病病房整合式工作模式的特殊要求，应科学筹划；信息技术的充分应用和融合，有利于提高病房工作整合效率。 |

| In West Africa, a large number of health workers as well as the public were infected by Ebola virus. In the Ebola treatment unit, it is very important for the medical staff to carry out the medical care scientifically. The first batch of the Chinese PLA’s medical contingent to Liberia has created a set of integrated ward working mode, including medical staffs mixed scheduling, echelon into the ward, medical joint rounds, internal and external collaboration. Through the practice, it is considered that the integrated ward working mode is conducive to improving the quality of treatment in line with the overall concept of medical care. It is also considered that echelon into the ward, as a special requirement of the infectious diseases ward, should be scientifically planned. Full application and integration of the information technology is helpful to improve the work efficiency. |
