埃博拉诊疗中心外籍聘用人员岗前培训的实践与思考

利比里亚中国埃博拉诊疗中心因工作需要聘用了80名利方员工,进行了为期5天的岗前培训。内容包括医院整体情况介绍、埃博拉出血热相关知识、规章制度、工作流程、消毒隔离方法、个人防护用品(PPE)的穿脱训练、不良事件的处理流程、埃博拉患者心理干预等。培训方法多样化,采用理论授课、视频演示、操作示范、模拟练习、实地演练等,并将目标教学法和纠错法应用到整个培训过程中。培训结束后对所有聘用人员进行PPE穿脱考核,平均成绩93.8分,合格率97.5%。发放满意度调查问卷80份,收回80份,回收率100%,满意率达到95.8%。

Reflection and Practice of Pre-employment Training for Local Staff in Ebola Treatment Unit

Abstract:
China Ebola treatment unit in Liberia has employed 80 local staffs and carried out five days pre- employment training, including hospital introduction, the Ebola virus disease knowledge, hospital rules and regulations, work flow, disinfection and isolation method, dressing and undressing of personal protective equipment (PPE) , adverse event processing flow and Ebola patients psychological intervention. The diversified training methods were used including theory instruction, video presentation, demonstration, simulation exercises and field drills, together with the target teaching method and the correction method. After the training, all staffs have taken PPE examination with the average score 93.8 points and pass rate 97.5%. 80 questionnaires of satisfaction survey were released with the result of 80 recovered; the recovery rate 100% and satisfaction rate 95.8%.
