| 目的 应用标准分法对临床科室进行效益综合评价，为医院管理中有关综合评价的问题提供方法。方法 参考高考标准分制度设置理念，将某院临床科室各项效率效益指标的原始值换算为标准分数，分别衡量各项指标水平及发展情况，利用象限分析法进行综合定位评价。结果 该方法将某院临床科室按其综合效益得分情况分为四类，不同象限的科室代表不同的效益情况和发展水平。结论 标准分法与象限分析法的结合运用，可精确定位各科室效率效益在医院总体的动态位置，结果直观、可靠。 |

| Objective To use the standardized score method for comprehensive evaluation of clinical departments, in order to provide methods for the issues related to comprehensive assessment of hospital management. Method According to standardized score system concept of college entrance examination, the original values of index that is efficient and benefit of clinical department in a hospital are converted to standardized scores, and the level of indicators and development situation are measured respectively. Through using quadrant analysis methods, integrated positioning evaluation is done. Result Through using this method, the clinical departments were divided into four categories according to their effectiveness，and located in different quadrants represent different levels of development and benefits. Conclusion Method combining the use of standardized scores with quadrant analysis can pinpoint the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical departments in the hospital-wide dynamic location, and the result is intuitive and reliable. |
