目的 考察当前我国医务人员薪酬公平感状况及影响因素。方法 综合运用文献分析、专家访谈和座谈会的方法,自编医务人员从业状况调查问卷进行整群抽样。 结果 我国医务人员月收入水平较低,三分之二的被调查者薪酬公平感差,在医生群体中高达73.0%;三级甲等公立医院医务人员的薪酬公平感较高。医务人员薪酬公平感差的诱因:薪酬构成不合理、工作压力大、从业环境差。结论 重视医务人员人力成本价值,提升医护人员的薪酬公平感,借助非经济激励措施,保障医务人员合法权益。 |

Abstract: |
Objective
To investigate salary fairness and its infIuencing factors among medical staffs. Methods Comprehensively using literature analysis, expert interview and forum methods, using self-made questionnaire of medical staff occupation investigation to do cluster sampling. Results The salary of medical staff is low, two thirds of the respondents feel salary unfairness, and 73.0% physician have the same feel. There are three reasons for medical staffs’ salary unfairness. Conclusion Attention should be paid for medical staffs’ value of human resource, salary fairness in physician group be improved, and security system be established for medical staffs’ legitimate rights and interests. |
