| 借助于医院资源规划（Hospital Resource Planning，HRP）可以实现医院固定资产全生命周期管理。以北京大学人民医院HRP系统为案例，对从资产采购申请至报废处理的全流程优化改造的特点和效果进行研究。通过企业资源规划（Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP）系统、OA系统与设备维护管理系统的整合，可以提高固定资产管理效率，为医院发展奠定坚实的物质基础。医院可以借鉴此模式实现固定资产精细化管理。 |

| The new mode of building the life-cycle management of fixed assets in hospitals based on HRP (Hospital Resource Planning). The successful case of HRP system in Peking University People’s Hospital is introduced, and the key points of optimized procedure management from purchasing requisition to final disposition of assets are analyzed. Through the integration of ERP, OA and equipment maintenance management system, the efficiency of fixed assets management can be improved to lay a solid material foundation for hospitals’ development. The new mode can be used in hospitals to improve the management of fixed assets. |
