| 受运行机制和经济基础薄弱等因素影响,苏北地区县级公立医院存在高层次医学人才引进难度大、人才外流现象较严重等问题,一定程度上阻碍了县级公立医院的持续稳定发展。文章以盱眙县人民医院为例,分析了人才队伍现状和人才引进难的主要原因,并提出了相应对策。 |

| Affected by the factors such as operation mechanism and weak economic foundation, the problems of the difficulty of high-level medical talents introduction, and the brain drain the phenomenon in the county-level public hospitals in north Jiangsu were serious. This to some extent hindered the continuous and stable development of the county-level public hospitals. Through taking Xuyi County People’s Hospital as an example, the main causes of the current situation of talent team and hard talent introduction were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. |
