| Abstract: |
| Hospital administration logistics job performance is the key position of hospital management, and becomes the difficult point of hospital performance appraisal. The hospital uses post management as the guide and job standards as the examination gist to constitute performance evaluation system which is the combination of “corresponding management of post, duty, compilation, performance, reward” and “daily KPI integrated object examination”. This supplies the gist for internal distribution, and translates the hospital performance management into the inherent driver for hospital development. |
