| The way of establishing “5+3” co-cultivation mode reform was explored, and effective management mechanism and quality monitoring system was set up by interpretation of national support policies. The effective connection of five links simultaneously during the process of training was achieved. The merger of enrollment mode, course credits, clinical and scientific research ability cultivation, degree granting standards and other aspects were combined to effectively improve the utilization of medical resources. |
