| FMEA is a systematic, prospective, multidisciplinary team-based approach to nursing error prevention and enhancing patient safety. The principle of FMEA and its application procedures are introduced, and the present situation of the application of FMEA in the field of nursing management is summarized to provide references for the application of FMEA in nursing management, so as to reduce medical disputes, improve the nursing care process, improve the quality of nursing service, and ensure the quality of nursing service. |
