| Abstract: |
| The methods of literature review and expert consultation have been employed to define the contents of service-oriented performance evaluation of clinical departments, which are workload, service quality, patient satisfaction, cost control, risk level, teaching and scientific research. The combinatorial patterns of all these dimensions in salary distribution have been developed and the applicable types of hospital have been suggested. |
