| The clinical departments of an affiliated hospital of military medical university is regarded as the research object, and an evaluation index system in research disciplines is established and applied to select research subjects. The index system embodies the requirements of the research hospital discipline construction, the hospital scientific and technological innovation and scientific management ideas, reflects the combination of objective indicators and expert evaluation, the subject’s situation and developing tendency , with strong scientific and practical value. |
