| Through the elaboration of the concept, functions and the content of clinical nurse specialist, the current situation of domestic and foreign nurse development is summarized. The role conflict of China’s specialized nurses in clinical nursing, and related problems and obstacles to the development of the occupation are analyzed. Training strategies of nurse occupation development specialist are proposed. |
