| Through the exploration of the joint establishment of pre-hospital emergency and community health service center, health resource can be used rationally, the network construction of pre-hospital emergency be perfected, the function of all medical service institution be played fully, the technology and quality of basic medical service be enhanced, residents’ health record archival information be shared and emergency rescue linkage be realized, two-way referral and hierarchical diagnosis system be perfected, and effective linkage mechanism be formed to provide safe, effective, convenient and cheap basic medical and health service for residents. |
