| Based on stakeholder theory, through the analysis of the stakeholders’ behavior in compensation mechanism of county public hospital reform, and from the angle of objective function, dynamic mechanism, constraint mechanism and moral risk, a general equilibrium model of stakeholders is constructed. The model shows the key is policy value with government responsibility in investment, supervision and the others during the reform of county public hospital compensation mechanism. |
