| 目的 采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析构建医患关系质量测量模型。方法 采用文献法收集测量指标并自拟设计问卷，采用SPSS和AMOS软件进行模型的构建。结果 测量模型包含积极医患关系质量和消极医患关系质量两个维度，二者具有显著的负向相关（r= -0.32）；积极医患关系质量的Cronbachs’ɑ 系数为0.93，消极医患关系质量的Cronbachs’ɑ 系数为0.72；χ2=70.481, χ2/ df=2.274, RMSEA=0.057, GFI =0.967, AGFI =0.941, CFI =0.983, NFI =0.970，模型拟合指标良好。结论 构建的医患关系质量二元模型具有良好的信度和效度，可以用来测量医患双方主体对医患关系质量的评价与认知情况。 |

Objective
To construct the quality measurement model of doctor-patient relationship factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Methods Using the literature method to collect measurements and the designed questionnaire, using SPSS and AMOS software to build of the model. Results Measurement model contains positive quality of doctor-patient relationship and negative quality of doctor-patient relationship. They both have significant negative correlation (r = -0.32). Cronbachs ’ɑ coefficient of positive quality of doctor-patient relationship is 0.93, Cronbachs ’ɑ coefficient of negative quality of doctor-patient relationship is 0.72. Chi-square = 70.481, chi-square/df = 2.274, RMSEA = 0.057, GFI = 0.967, AGFI = 0.941, CFI = 0.983, NFI = 0.970. Model fitting is good. Conclusion The dual model of the quality of doctor-patient relationship has good reliability and validity. It can be used to measure both doctors and patients to evaluation of the quality of the overall doctor-patient relationship and cognition. |
