| 整体医疗管理是在整体论和医学整体观启发下产生的医院医疗管理新理论。医院整体医疗管理弥补了传统医院医疗管理模式的不足，对促进医院服务由医疗救治模式向院前、院内、院后全程化，预防、医疗、保健、康复一体化的健康服务模式转化具有重要意义。文章论述了实行医院整体医疗管理的必要性，讨论了其思想基础、变革目标以及基本运作模式。 |

| Intergrated medical management came into being under the new hospital medical management theory of intergrated theory and medical intergrated concept. The mode made up for the shortcomings of conventional medical management mode of hospitals and had a significant influence on promoting the hospital services from the medical treatment mode to the all-azimuth mode including pre-hospital, in-hospital and post-hospital services and integrated health care mode among prevention, treatment, care and rehabilitation. The neccessity of hospital intergrated medical management is discussed.Thinking basis, reform aim and basic operating model is explicited. |
