| 随着医院导管室规模的扩大和诊疗患者的增加，护士的工作压力进一步加大，合理有效的排班机制是缓解护士的工作压力和提高工作效率的办法之一。文章以患者需求和医院人力资源情况为依据，总结了原有全夜班、弹性排班、APN排班等低信息化手工排班的缺点，建立了基于ILP 模型的、具有强弱约束条件的护士排班方法，取得了良好的实践效果。 |

| With the enlargement of the Conduit Room and the increase of patients, the burden of nurses’ workload further increased. Reasonable and effective scheduling system was one of the methods of relieving nurses’ workload burden and increasing work efficiency. Based on patients’ needs and the status quo of the human resource in the hospital, disadvantages of the low-level informationization handwork scheduling, such as the original night shift, flexible scheduling, APN scheduling, the new nurse scheduling method with both strong and weak limits was established based on ILP model. And it achieved good practical effect. |
