Abstract: |
Human resource is the crucial pillar to launch medical and health reform. Based on the theory of People Capability Maturity Model(PCMM),the paper analyzes the necessity of introducing PCMM to the management process of human resource in public hospitals in China,and tries to separate public hospitals into the levels of the model. The paper also discusses the major problems the public hospitals encountered in the management of human resources. |
