| 通过对黑龙江省10家三级综合医院抗菌药物整治前后各项指标进行分析，了解、明确黑龙江省严格执行原卫生部下发的《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法（征求意见稿）》后，是否真正规范了抗菌药物的使用，分析政策实施中存在的问题，提出相应的改进策略，最大限度地保证医疗质量。 |
