| “211工程”是建设创新型国家和人力资源强国的国家工程。结合天津医科大学“211工程”建设情况，探讨了医学院校突出“211工程”建设特色、提升核心竞争力的做法，针对医学院校特点就“211工程”四期建设的思路进行了展望，并提出在“211工程”建设中应进一步加强临床教学与科研管理。 |

| "211 Project" is the national project constructing innovative country human resources powerful nation.Based on “211 project” construction of the Tianjin Medical University, some practice and experience for enhancement of the core competitiveness are explored, and the constructive idea of fourth phase periods of "211 Project" Construction is put forward.In "211 Project" construction，clinical teaching and science& research management should be further strengthened. |
