| The third-party payment company is introduced to issue Resident Health Card. The overall planning for third-party payment company is designed and roles of government regulatory agencies，third-party payment companies and accepting institution are researched. Resident Health Card issuance system and payment system are also designed to achieve quickly handling Resident Health Card，convenient and secure account recharge，as well as efficient and convenient payment for clinics. |
