医院建设和实施居民健康卡项目涉及多家服务商和多个系统，具有一定的复杂性。文章对医院建设居民健康卡的全过程进行探讨，从建设准备工作开始，对医院通信网络建设、居民健康卡发行建设、自助服务系统建设和改造、各科室业务系统改造的全过程进行了讨论。通过上述实施步骤，最终帮助医院完成居民健康卡服务体系的建设，对即将规划和实施居民健康卡的医院具有参考意义。 |

| The construction and implementation of resident health card project in hospitals had some complexity because of involving many service providers and multiple systems. The paper discussed the whole process of resident health card construction in hospital. Through beginning with discussing preparation work， hospital communication network construction，resident health card distribution work，self-service system construction and medical system transformation of every department were explored. Through the above steps，the hospital was ultimately helped to complete the resident health card service system，which can help the hospital to plan resident health card system. |
