| ??????? 目的 了解黑龙江省医疗机构应急小分队人员的突发事件现场医学救援能力现状，对影响救援能力的因素进行诊断，为提高突发事件现场医学救援能力建设提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法，选取47个医疗机构，对807名医疗机构应急小分队人员进行问卷调查，并辅以定性访谈。结果 通过多因素Logistic回归分析，筛出影响医疗机构应急小分队现场医学救援能力的因素大小依次是实战经验、个人防护能力、培训、装备、医院级别和工作年限，且均呈正相关关系。结论 为提高医疗机构应急小分队现场救援能力，应进一步加强实战经验，提高个人防护能力，重视培训内容、方式与效果，合理储备利用装备等。 |

????? Objective
To learn the on-site rescue ability status and to diagnose the influencing factors on emergency personnel in medical institution, to provide reference basis for improving the emergency medical rescue ability construction. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was adopted combined with individual survey，47 medical institutions were chosen as the sample，and the valid individual on medical institutions emergency personnel were 807，combined with qualitative interviews. Results Factors that affect the on-site rescue ability include practical experience，personal protective ability，training，equipment，hospital level，length of services are selected through logistic regression analysis. All these six factors have positive correlation with on-site rescue ability. Conclusion It is necessary for improving the rescue ability to increase practical experience，enhance personal protective ability，pay attention to the training content，method and effect，and improve equipment reserve. |
