| ??????? 通过对2008年1月—2012年9月北京市三级基本医疗保险定点医疗机构住院费用结构进行分析，结果表明，近年医保患者次均住院费用变化不大或有下降趋势，药品比例逐年下降但仍然较高，医用材料比例逐年明显增高，且有显著统计学意义（P<0.001）。需引起有关部门高度重视。 |

| The hospitalization expense structure of tertiary designated medical institutions with the basic medical insurance in Beijing from January，2008 to September, 2012 is analyzed. In recent years, the average hospitalization expense of each time has little change or has decreased. The proportion of the drugs decreased year by year but still existed in a high degree. Medical material proportion has increased obviously and there is statistical significance. This needs the relevant departments’ great attention. |
