| Constructing medical organizations with various forms is one of the primary tasks of public hospital reform in China. Related measures are proposed to solve the problems in medical organizaions with various forms, including the imperfect definition of non-profit medical institutions; underdevelopment of authorized entry system, regulation system and withdrawing system; ambiguity of property rights and operation mechanism of public hospitals; the difficulties in doctor multi-sited registration, and so on. from government and hospital levels. |
