| 结合电子病历在北京天坛医院应用过程中存在的问题，包括对电子病历内涵认识不清、过度强调预防差错而影响计算机的便捷优势、缺乏自我保护意识与法律责任等，提出相关的解决方案及对策，借此推动电子病历在我院的进一步发展，并对未来我国的电子病历的发展进行展望。 |

| The concept of Electronic Medical Record（EMR)? is described .The present situation of Beijing Tiantan hospital EMR application is analyzed,including inadequate awareness of EMR, excessive prevention of errors, absent ideas of self-protection.Relevant countermeasures and solutions are put forward to facilitate the application of EMR in hospitals，in the end , the future of EMR’s development in?China is?expected. |
