| As medical and health reform undergoing further maturation, strengthening hospital soft power construction has positive significance to realize the hospital sustainable development. The manifestation of modern hospital soft power connotation mainly reflects in four aspects, including system attraction, culture’s influence, team cohesion and brand radiation. Hospital soft power is the inner motive of hospital hard power, and is also the foundation and important guarantee of hospital sustainable development. Therefore, the process of hospital soft power construction must adhere to the principles of systematicness, scienceness, advanced practicability and effectiveness. |
