After Main-supplement Separating and through Talent Project,The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,whose predecessor is a railroad hospital,rapidly grows to be a large scale comprehensive hospital,who integrated treatment,clinical teaching and research as a whole. The paper mainly introduces the practice and achievement of the hospitals’ Talent Project, to summarize and to employ new thinking,and to try to make contribution to the sustainable development of the hospital and for the national medical system reform. |
