| Employee Assistance Plan" is an effective way to improve the staff’s working and life quality and also can reduce staff’s psychological pressure.It has widely used in enterprise human resource management at home and abroad，and has achieved good effect.The application of comprehensive discussion of "Employee Assistance Plan" in nursing human resources management is explored to help nursing staff to reduce pressure of working and life, to improve physical and mental health level of nursing staff, to make them have a better state to investment in work, and to provide higher quality medical and health service to patients. |
