| Trusteeship is a primary form of public hospital management system reform, which could separate the ownership and management rights effectively without affecting the property rights, contributing to reasonable flow and integration of medical resources．Based on hospital strategic management model, through an analysis and study on the practice that the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University entrusted Nanjing Third Hospital with an innovative management model, the pathway and achievement is expounded, and a deep discussion is made on this practice so as to provide lessons for public hospital reform. |
