| 科学合理地开展医疗卫生统计工作，能为医院管理提供科学可靠的数据依据，医疗卫生统计工作从手工环境发展到数字化医院网络环境的过程中，为临床工作、医疗质量、医院管理提供了帮助，但也存在着统计方式落后、统计功能不全、缺少外部支持等不可回避的问题，随着市场经济的不断发展，在建立“以人为本”的新型医院管理模式中将不断凸显统计工作的重要意义。 |

Scientific and rational medical and health statistics can provide scientific and reliable data for hospital management. From manual operation to digital hospital network, medical and health statistics offer help for clinic work, medical quality and hospital management. But there are some defects that can not be avoided， such as backward statistical methods, insufficient statistical functions and lack of external support. With the development of market economy, the significance of medical and health statistics will be highlighted in the establishment of a new hospital management model featuring “people-oriented”. |
