| 随着现代化科学技术的飞跃发展，计算机及网络广泛地应用于社会各个领域，医院管理的信息化不断加强，传统病历已不能满足医学发展的需要。从传统病历向电子病历过渡是否顺利，将影响到很长一段时间内的医疗质量和医疗安全。结合北京天坛医院电子病历的使用情况，从电子病历使用者的角度探讨了如何实现由传统病历向电子病历的平稳过渡。 |

| With the rapid development of modern science and technology，computer and network are widely used in social fields，meanwhile，the informatization of hospital management is increasing.The traditional medical records can not meet needs.The period of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is coming.Whether the transition from traditional medical record to EMR is smooth or not will affect the medical quality and medical safety for a long time.Through considering the practical situation of Beijing Tiantan Hospital，how to make the transition smooth is discussed from the perspective of an EMR user. |
