| Through surveys and existing data collection，the operational status of public hospitals with 3 different governance structures was analyzed in Shanghai.The necessity of evaluating operational status of public hospitals is indicated with different governance structures，the operational status of public hospitals with 3 different governance structures in Shanghai is revealed，and that the reform of governance structures of public hospitals should be focused on the principle of element usefulness is suggested. |
