| 通过对2007—2010年挂号、退号数据的分析研究，得出导致退号的原因中，医疗资源不足、病患家长不愿意长时间等候是首要原因，其他原因既有病患方面的，也有医院管理方面的。通过对各种原因的综合分析，提出改进医院门诊挂号管理的建议：预约挂号——按时间段实名制预约挂号，错峰门诊，以此促进医疗效率的提高。 |

| According to the analysis and research on the statistics of registration at hospital and the registration withdrawal from 2007 th 2010，this project comes to a conclusion that the most important reason result in the registration withdrawal at hospita is the insufficiency of medical resources and the patients’ parents not wanting to wait for a long time.There are also other reasons from patients and the hospital management.Based on the comprehensive analysis of various factors，this project gives suggestions on the improvement about hospital registration management:making an appintment about the registration at hospital:making an appointment based on different time periods，using the real name system and plan ahead to avoid the perk time. |
