方法
通过现场调查获得数据，并进行独立样本t检验、相关性分析等统计分析。结果 对整体数据进行分析，忠诚度与年龄、身份、技术职称三个因素有显著相关性（P<0.05）。结论 公立医院对不同身份员工需要采取不同应对策略。 |
