| 运用整群分层抽样的方法在哈尔滨市随机抽取5家三级医院和5家二级医院作为研究对象，采用现场问卷调查与个人深入访谈的形式，对目标医院感染管理现状从感染管理组织的建立，布局与设施，规制的制定、执行与监督，感染管理人员专业能力5个方面进行调查研究。找出了综合医院在医院感染管理方面存在的主要问题，分析其产生问题的原因，提出改进对策。旨在全面提高医院感染管理水平，保障病人及医护人员安全。 |

| Cluster stratified sampling method was used, 5 tertiary hospitals and 5 secondary hospitals in Harbin City were randomly selected and their infection management status was researched in the form of questionnaire survey and personal in-depth interview. The survey contents are researched from five aspects， which are infection management organizations’ establishment, layout and facilities, regulation, implementation and monitoring, and expertise of infection management staff. Main problems were found out, the causes of the problems were analyzed, and countermeasures were proposed in order to increase the level of hospital infection control and guarantee the safety of patients and health care providers. |
