| A large number of studies have shown that patient safety at home and abroad are faced with challenges，so Shanghai health inspection institution corporating with Fudan University has initiated the research on monitoring system from 2006. On the basis of the previous study, the research background and significance, research objectives, research methods, data sources, quality control，and statistical tools will be further introduced. |
