| Medical safety surveillance is an important part of health supervision. One of crucial tasks of health supervision system reform is to develop and consummate the mode of medical safety surveillance. The establishment of Medical Safety Monitoring System will transform the present health supervision pattern，which is afterward and passive to a new pattern，which prefers preventive and active, so as to manifest the idea which unifies the service, education and punishment in the actual medical safety surveillance work. |
