Abstract: |
Based on the theory of business process reengineering(BPR) and the actual situation of the hospital, the precise and detailed perioperative flowchart management was formulated after throughly comprehensive analysis of the possible problem during the operation process and under the actual situation of the hospital , and the flowchart was demonstrated to improve the surgical operation efficiency and increase the total number of operations. Meanwhile, the bundling trained for the experienced staff was formulated, and the supervision system to track and improve the process of the flowchart was implemented continuously. The perioperative flowchart management focused on the relationgship between the profession and the position, the requirements of perioperative flowchart management, the prevention of the small probability events, and right and interests among all kinds of workers. |
