带教师资对规范化培训住院/专科医师综合职业能力的满意度调查分析

摘要:

目的 调查带教师资对参加规范化培训的住院/专科医师综合职业能力的满意度。方法 采用自制问卷,对成都市4所三级甲等医院515名带教师资进行问卷调查,每项的满意度按5分记数,最高分5分,对收集的数据进行因子分析和方差分析。结果 受调查的515名师资对住院医师的综合职业能力的满意度评分均值为(3.48±0.58)分,不同医院的带教师资对住院/专科医师的满意度评价有差异性﹝P﹤0.05﹞。结论 人事关系类别是影响师资与学员相互之间的满意度因素之一,因此,无论教学医院还是非教学医院都应注意人事制度改革带来的多元化人力资源管理。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the faculty doctors degree of satisfaction to resident/ specialist trainees general vacational ability.Methods Investigating the 515 faculty doctors in 4 Grade III Class A hospitals by the home-made questionnaire,each item’ s satisfaction degree with 5 as the highest score.Factor analysis and variance analysis are used to deal with the data.Results Questionnaires feedback from 515 faculty doctors highlight the followings: the faculty doctorsdegree of satisfaction to the resident/specialist trainees general vacational ability is 3.48±0.58 scores(the full mark is 5 scores),and there are differences in different hospitals ﹝P﹤0.05﹞. Conclusion Human relationship is one of the factors,which influences satisfaction between teachers and trainees.So we should pay attention to multiple human resources management no matter in teaching hospital or nonteaching hospital so as to promote the resident/specialist doctors training project.
