| Under the guidance of medical disciplinary and modern management theory, and on the basis of systematical summary of the practical experience of strengthening discipline construction, the basic idea of “talents + equipments = technology, technology + science = ability, ability + market = benefit, benefit + harmony = development”, and the dialectical strategy of modern hospital medical disciplinary building-up of “opening different locks with different keys.” are proposed. Theoretical and practical researches on the internal characters and logical relationship of the four formulas and one axiom are done. In this way, reference value for modern hospital medical disciplinary building-up is provided. |
